Depending on how you use the Game and which optional features are enabled, the following categories of information may be collected:

• Device information such as device model, operating system version, language, region, screen resolution and general performance data.

• Approximate location derived from your IP address, where applicable (for example, to comply with regional legal requirements and to serve region-appropriate ads). The Game does not request precise GPS location.
• Gameplay activity such as levels reached, progress, sessions, in-game events and settings.
• Crash logs and diagnostics to help us identify and fix problems.
• Account or player information provided through Google Play Games Services, such as a player ID, alias and achievements, when you sign in.
• Purchase information processed through Google Play Billing when you make an in-app purchase (see below).

If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, your Play Games display name, avatar, player ID and high score may be shown in public leaderboards to other players. Whether this information is visible depends on your Google Play Games settings and account choices. You can manage your Play Games profile and visibility settings through the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

When you use Google Play Games Services, your Google Play Games player ID, display name, profile image, leaderboard scores and related gameplay information may be processed by Google and may be visible to other players according to your Google Play Games settings.

We do not create separate Mel-i-Mel-o user accounts in the Game. If you sign in through Google Play Games, that account is provided by Google. You can manage or delete Google account and Play Games data through Google's account settings. You may still contact us to request deletion of data controlled by Mel-i-Mel-o.

All payments for in-app purchases are processed by Google Play through Google Play Billing. Mel-i-Mel-o does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details. We may receive limited transaction information such as a purchase token, order ID, product ID and status in order to deliver the purchased item and provide support.

The Game may display advertisements, including optional rewarded ads, provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, interaction data and approximate location for advertising, fraud prevention and measurement purposes. You can reset or limit ad personalisation from your Android device settings.

In regions where consent is required - for example, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom - you may be shown a consent prompt for personalized advertising, analytics, and the use of cookies or similar identifiers. Your choices will be respected by the advertising and analytics providers used in the Game. You can review or change these choices at any time through your device settings or, where available, the consent prompt provided by Google AdMob's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

The Game may use the following third-party services:

These services have their own privacy policies which govern their processing of your information. We recommend reviewing them.

We may share information with service providers who help us run and improve the Game, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and payment providers. These providers may only use information for the purposes we authorise, subject to their own privacy terms and applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Game, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or comply with legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention obligations. Some data (for example crash logs or analytics events) may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed in connection with the Game. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in their country. The Game does not let you create a Mel-i-Mel-o account. If you want to delete data associated with your Google account or Google Play Games profile, you must do that through your Google account settings. We cannot delete Google account data on your behalf.

You can, however, request deletion of data controlled by Mel-i-Mel-o by contacting sspider1012@gmail.com. Please include your player ID (if known) and the name of the Game so we can locate the relevant records. Some data may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Data controlled exclusively by third-party services (for example, your Google account information used with Google Play Games Services) may need to be deleted through the settings of the relevant service. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the Game or on our website.
