Data Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of data associated with Bird Vs Chimney: Ability Draft, please contact Mel-i-Mel-o at sspider1012@gmail.com. We will review and process eligible requests as described below.
Bird Vs Chimney: Ability Draft does not create or manage its own Mel-i-Mel-o player account. Sign-in and social features are handled by Google Play Games Services, which is governed by your Google account. Deletion of Google account or Play Games data must be requested through Google; we can only delete data that Mel-i-Mel-o controls.
How to request deletion

- The name of the game: Bird Vs Chimney: Ability Draft
- Your player ID, if known (helps us locate the correct records)
- A brief description of what you would like deleted
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or security obligations, or in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics and product improvement, even after a deletion request.
Data held by third-party services
Bird Vs Chimney: Ability Draft may use third-party services such as Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Data controlled exclusively by these services may need to be deleted through the settings of the relevant Google account or service. We can only delete data that Mel-i-Mel-o controls.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and complete eligible requests as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to verification of the request.
